33. That poor dentist -- I wonder how many times Crowe punched him in the face? I'm sure Crowe whacked him every time the dentist made him rinse and spit. Crowe is one angry bastard.

39. I don't know why other people here are so critical. I love Russell, and thank TMZ for sharing this detail of his life. I wish they would've told us more though, such as:
1. Which tooth had the root canal? Was it a molar? Upper, lower, etc?
2. Was there an abcess? My guess is no, because he'd probably need an antibiotic for 10 days before they did the root canal. But who knows? Or was there abcess from damage, such as a cracked tooth from bruxism, etc?
3. Was he in dental pain before the root canal, or was it a planned root canal? (I.E. dental pain from an abcess, etc calling for emergency root canal. This is sooooo painful.)
4. Was there any calcification over the roots? This can make the procedure longer, and it sometimes can be difficult to get the local anesthetic down into the roots. Ouch!
5. Was the root canal done by a regular dentist? Or by an endodontist?
6. Did he get regular dental anesthetic, such as lidocaine? Or did he need more intense painkiller, such as vicodin? Any nitrous oxide? Did they put him under? My guess is, knowing how tough Russell is, that he went with the simple local anesthetic.
7. How long did the root canal take?
